Return
You have 14 days of open purchase when you shop in our online store (does not apply to purchases in store), from the date you receive your order (cf. Section 21 of the Withdrawal Act). To carry out a return, you contact customer service by e-mail, who will send you a return form and return label. You can also use the standard right of withdrawal form that came with the order confirmation you received by e-mail.
A return fee of NOK 39 is deducted from the return of orders under NOK 1,000.
You yourself are responsible for checking the delivery and seeing that the products are undamaged when you receive the package. In the event of any errors or problems with the order, you must contact customer service as soon as possible by e-mail: kundeservice@skintique.no
The product must be unopened and in its original packaging with a seal and cannot be broken or damaged in order to receive an approved return.
We process all returns consecutively. If the return is approved, we will refund the amount (minus any return fee) to the payment method you used when ordering.
Complaints
Has the product been damaged in connection with parcel shipping? Contact us within two days on our email. Please attach a photo of the damage: kundeservice@skintique.no

When it comes to complaints related to allergic reactions caused by our skin care products, you are responsible as a customer to only test the product on a small area of your arm before you decide to apply it to larger parts of your body. We do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions and customers themselves must be responsible for reading the list of ingredients to rule out any allergies.
